Ordering

You may order Nupo products directly through the Nupo Qatar online store. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase, delivery, and return policy.

Payment

Nupo Qatar reserves the right to make changes at any time without prior notice, including changes to prices, product availability, descriptions, content, and these Terms.

All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless otherwise stated and include any applicable taxes. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before checkout as part of the total order cost.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and other supported payment methods as displayed at checkout.

All payments are processed securely through certified payment service providers using SSL encryption. Nupo Qatar does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

To place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Use a valid payment method legally registered in your name

  • Ensure sufficient funds are available at the time of purchase

By submitting an order, you confirm that all information provided is correct and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services, and external factors.

Nupo Qatar is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Upon delivery, products should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

Product Expiration

Unless otherwise stated, we guarantee a minimum remaining shelf life of 2 months from the delivery date.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original, unopened packaging

  • Have all seals intact

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exclusions from Returns

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Perishable goods or items with a short expiry date

  • Products with broken or removed seals

  • Food products, dietary supplements, medical or health-related products requiring special storage

  • Products opened or used after delivery

Returns generally apply only to accessory items (e.g., bottles, shakers), unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Process

We do not offer product exchanges. Approved returns will be refunded for the product price only, excluding delivery fees.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer bears the risk of loss or damage until the returned items are received and inspected by us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and approval of the return and will be issued to the original payment method.

Protection of Personal Data

Nupo Qatar processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your information may be shared only when necessary, such as for payment processing, order fulfillment, delivery services, legal compliance, or security checks.
